ATTENTION BUYERS!

When purchasing a refrigeration appliance, check that it is in good working order and that it is complete.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE CAREFULLY. Despite the instructions and requirements listed in the manual, there is still a possibility of damaging the refrigeration appliance and LOSING THE RIGHT TO FREE WARRANTY SERVICE.

During warranty service, defective (but not broken) parts and components of the refrigerator will be replaced free of charge.

Warranty period:

Snaigė household refrigerators come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.

Any additional warranty, if applicable, is valid only after registering the appliance within 30 days of the date of purchase on the website: https://www.snaigehome.com/support/warranty/register-your-snaige-product-warranty/.

Domestic refrigeration appliances used for commercial purposes (in shops, hotels, bars, and other non-domestic settings) are covered by a 6-month warranty.

Vertical refrigerators-showcases and wine refrigerators are covered by a 12-month warranty.

Requirements for warranty repairs:

You must have the original warranty card and a cash register receipt or other document confirming the purchase of the product from the seller, with the date of sale of the refrigeration appliance and the store stamp. The refrigerator model and serial number on the warranty card must match the model and serial number on the product label sticker inside the refrigerator. There must be no corrections.

ATTENTION! If the date of sale is not indicated on the cash register receipt or other document confirming the purchase of the product from the seller, or if it is unclear, the warranty period shall be calculated from the date of manufacture of the refrigeration appliance.

ATTENTION! The refrigerator must be connected to a grounded electrical network, installed and operated in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions described in the user manual.

The warranty shall be terminated:

Due to mechanical damage to the body or other damage to the purchased refrigeration appliance caused by the buyer during transportation. In case of dispute, the packaging of the refrigeration appliance must be presented.

Due to malfunctions, broken parts, odors caused by improper use, installation, connection to the electrical network, or transportation of the product in violation of the manufacturer’s instructions described in the device’s user manual.

If the refrigeration appliance has been operated in unsanitary conditions, the cause of the appliance malfunction is insects, rodents, and other external factors.

If the refrigeration appliance was repaired during the warranty period by a party other than Snaigės Servisas or its official representatives in Lithuania.

Other conditions:

The warranty does not cover the appliance’s interior light bulb and interior plastic (component) parts.

If, during the warranty period, the buyer refuses the refrigeration appliance or demands that it be replaced with a new one when the defect in the appliance can be repaired, the buyer must compensate the company for the losses incurred in returning or replacing the refrigeration appliance.

The warranty period for the replaced refrigeration appliance is calculated from the date of sale of the replaced appliance, which is recorded on the warranty card, indicating that the appliance has been replaced.

For calling Snaigės Servisas or its official representatives when the original warranty card is not available or when the warranty period for the refrigeration appliance has expired, the appliance was repaired during the warranty period by a service center other than the one mentioned above, the appliance was not used in accordance with the instructions for use, the buyer shall pay for the transportation and labor costs of the service technicians in accordance with the rates of Snaigės Servisas or its official representatives.
